Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results to join our team. As a seasoned corporate attorney, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to our clients, managing complex legal matters, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

• Manage competitor acquisitions and due diligence.
• Oversee IT operations, DOD contracting, HR, recruiting, and legal functions.
• Advise CEO on company matters.
• Conduct industry and customer analysis for product development.
• Support portfolio companies and act as a liaison to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Source and evaluate investment deals.
• Lead product initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate attorney
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
