Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and offer guidance to clients. Policy Recommendations: Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance policies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses in Texas.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field would be advantageous but not required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
