Experienced MDS Coordinator - Birkwood Village of Fort Madison

Birkwood Village is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to cover a 12-week maternity leave beginning in December.  This position offers a competitive wage with flexible schedule. Duties include ensuring accurate and timely completion of MDS and care plans, along with conducting assessments of medical, functional, and psychosocial needs. Must have experience with MDS and care plans in long term care.  Point Click Care experience preferred. 

Birkwood Village is a 72-bed skilled nursing facility located in Fort Madison Iowa.
