- Execute flawless paint applications on high-end residential properties, including interior and exterior surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver customized painting solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter, with a portfolio showcasing your work on high-end properties.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques, including faux finishes and specialty coatings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
