Expert GIS Administrator - Cadre

CADRE is seeking an Expert GIS Administrator with at least eight (8) years of GIS server experience to perform advanced planning, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise GIS systems.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, implement and maintain enterprise GIS systems
- Deploy open source and COTS GIS servers
- Design and evaluate intelligence systems architecture
- Manage geospatial data discovery, analysis, exploitation and management in OGC compliant applications

Qualifications:
- 8+ years GIS server experience - Highly proficient in deploying open source and COTS GIS servers
- Strong scripting ability in Python with knowledge of C# and Java
- Expert level intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation skills
- Expert working knowledge of geospatial data in OGC compliant applications
- DoDD 8570.01 certification
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
