Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Field glass with deep knowledge in Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW) management, Assignment Management, and Profile Worker (PW) modules.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Field glass, including integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Success Factors, S/4 HANA, and other ERP systems for seamless workforce management.
- Lead with best practices while working with large SIs in the migration and integration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA with SAP Field glass, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between systems using SAP CPI and API management tools.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally, partnering with them to drive mutual commitment to shared goals. This includes fostering strong customer relationships within the organization.
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Field glass, ensuring its alignment with business requirements and integration with other HR and procurement systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Field glass and its integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Provide expert advice and support on the use of SAP Field glass, helping to optimize contingent workforce management and procurement processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Field glass releases, enhancements, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance. Conduct release sessions with relevant teams and plan feature activation and release testing with QA teams.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and understand its capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP Field glass, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project implementation with a focus on SAP systems.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
The hourly rate for this position is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000
MIDPOINT: $160,000
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000
California Minimum: $116,000
California Maximum: $184,000
