As an Exterior Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the external appearance and functionality of all our restaurant locations.

As an Exterior Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the external appearance and functionality of all our restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn Care & Landscaping: Mulching, weed-eating, and general groundskeeping.
- Pressure Washing & Cleaning: Keeping building exteriors, windows, and roofs clean and professional.
- HVAC Planned Maintenance: Assisting with HVAC upkeep to ensure efficient operation.
- Grease Containment System Maintenance: Regularly replacing roof grease containment systems.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Attention to Detail: You have an eye for cleanliness and can keep our locations looking pristine.
- Work Ethic & Integrity: You take pride in your work and act with integrity.
- Physical Stamina: This role requires physical work and being outdoors.
- Basic Maintenance Skills: Previous experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
If you’re new to these tasks, no problem! We can provide training for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow.
