At Villa & House, clients are our guests, whom we are hosting. Being a wonderful host requires the ability to engage and excite through conversation and storytelling.

Villa & House is looking for wonderful hosts, in our retail showroom, who can, retell our story, "A Modern Take on Classic Luxury."

Our team members are multi-disciplined. This is a perfect opportunity for a college student or one looking for day time hours on an intermittent basis.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Fulfill procedures and responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain excellent communication throughout each delivery or refresh
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a showroom environment
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and floor plans
• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals
• Demonstration of attention to detail and with safety in mind

Villa & House Requirements:

• Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
• Skilled at listening, reading, and comprehending floor plans
• Strict attention to detail
• Acute time management
• Proficiency with basic hand tools including tape measure, level and other common measuring tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and home accessory items up to 80 lbs individual and up to 250 lbs with additional help, while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around multiple floor levels, stock room and office, including stairs.
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
