FP&A Analyst - Ferretti Search

Job Summary: The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis at the manufacturing plant, focusing on cost analysis, financial reporting, and profit improvement initiatives. This role collaborates with departments to optimize processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing costs and maintain standard cost models.
• Prepare reports comparing standard vs. actual production costs and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and departments on profit improvement recommendations.
• Conduct internal cost audits and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central 365 ERP.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, Power BI, and Jet Reports.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
