As Director of FP&A, you will work with the VP of FP&A, the CFO, CEO, and other members of the leadership team. You will be pivotal in decision support and work across departments and functional groups to provide a wide range of key metrics forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting.

As Director of FP&A, you will work with the VP of FP&A, the CFO, CEO, and other members of the leadership team. You will be pivotal in decision support and work across departments and functional groups to provide a wide range of key metrics forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own corporate budgeting and planning processes
- Conducts variance analysis on actuals vs forecast and forecast vs forecast; conducts trend analysis
- Produces short- and long-term forecasts for key metrics, including sensitivities
- Builds and maintains models for GAAP and non-GAAP financial and operational metrics
- Assists with month- and quarter-end reporting and analysis, including preparation of board reports, supporting analysis for SEC reporting, and investor relations requests
- Process improvement actively develop ways to improve systems, reports, and models; move Excel models to a systems-based approach and point out needed upstream IT/data improvements
- Manages and coaches professional FP&A staff that efficiently serves stakeholders
- Ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making
- Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- MBA/CFA preferred
- Initial experience in Big4 audit
- Proven track record as a Director, FP&A, or in a similar leadership capacity.
- 6+ years experience with accountability for managing direct reports
- Able to master new financial/information systems quickly
- Experience with enterprise cloud financial reporting software, along with a high proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and overall business/commercial operations
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing top talent
- Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication and presentation skills
- Experience with planning tools like OneStream
- Tableau and/or Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience with structured finance, asset-level debt, and tax equity waterfalls structures also a plus
- Self-starter, proactive personality
- Able to direct and motivate others, even outside of team/group
- Strategic mindset
