Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds; ability to bend, stoop and twist; ability to crawl into small spaces; must be able to climb ladders, access roof hatches and work at heights of 10 feet and above: manual dexterity, visual acuity and effective hand-to-eye coordination are required
