Facilities Operations and Services Program Manager - Events DC

The Facilities Operations and Services Program Manager must possess an extensive background in technical building engineering, construction, project management, and scope development. The Facilities Operations and Services Program Manager will be responsible for the supervision of the engineering and maintenance staff involved in the day-to-day operations in addition to the management of initiatives/capital projects. Initiative, independent judgment, technical analysis, and creative decision making are required in day-to-day activities. The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Facility Operations, Sports & Entertainment, as well as staff across all divisions and departments, to ensure timely and thorough execution of Events DC capital projects and projects that support and enhance the current business operations and future growth of the organization. The Facilities Operations and Services Program Manager will report to the Director of Facility Operations, Sports & Entertainment.
