In this role, you will: * Drive creation of or clarity surrounding all
building and construction standards or specifications for Manufacturing,
Warehouses, etc. and ensure adherence to critical engineering standards
identifying needs for a standard review and maintenance as needs and
industry requirement or trends change. * Drive adherence to process and
construction strategies and standards globally to improve efficiency and
effectiveness of Capital spending and drive creation of the process for
managing and educating the organization on standards, changes,
rationale, exception process, and more across both infrastructure and
processes. * Identify strategic focus areas for new execution models to
drive efficiencies and cost savings and be a critical partner in the
planning and design of new facilities and site layouts to ensure they
meet the needs of the business and comply with requirements and
