Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facilities Specialist at Fusion Integrated Solutions, LLC, located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area. The Facilities Specialist will be responsible for facility management, training coordination, administrative tasks, and construction project support. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facilities.
Duties
Submit Captial vs Expense forms
Submit Project Authorization Requests
Work with Finance to get project accounting set up
Submit requisition requests for POs
Project Close out Support
Assist with Project Accruals at month end
Invoicing Processing in SAP
Purchase Order/Contract Management Support
Document Management
Badging Support
Support with Expense Report Approval
Qualifications
- Facility Management (FM) and Construction skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or engineering is a plus
- Previous SAP experience is a plus
