About the Job
We are looking for a Supervisor Facilities to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Your Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of various site programs and systems including energy management, safety, fire notification and suppression, regulatory requirements and insurances. The candidate will also have responsibility for the administration of various site services associated with maintaining the facility and providing service to site personnel.

Your Challenge:
+ Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations activities including work orders, planning and scheduling.
+ Supervise represented employees including the interpretation and administration of labor agreements.
+ Maintains records including labor activities, attendance, skills inventory, training and development, shop performance and budgets.
+ Supervise the execution of maintenance programs, such as preventive maintenance equipment calibration and inspections.
+ Supervise all maintenance storeroom activities including the receipt of purchased items, inventory control, stocking, work order kitting, and administration of maintenance equipment.
+ Responsible for ordering parts, supplies and equipment in support of maintenance activities.
+ Develops and implements personnel training activities aimed at maintaining a competent flexible workforce including the sills inventory program apprentice programs, safety training and specialty training for each craft.
+ Computer skills required: MS Office, Oracle EAM, Payroll systems (AutoCAD or similar would be a plus).
+ Effective communication skills are required.
What You Bring:
+ BS Degree in Engineering or its equivalent, or facilities / maintenance related technical training coupled with appropriate supervision experience.
+ Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Maintenance or Facilities Engineering.
+ Certified or has had formal training in OSHA/Management Based Safety or similar Safety Certifications.
+ Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, Process Logic Control and Machine Tool Maintenance.
+ Knowledgeable with equipment design, installation and maintenance electric power distribution.
+ Willing to work weekends and respond to off hours emergencies.
+ Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
