Pay Rate: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Description of Position:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Facilities Supervisor for a limited-term assignment ending on January 13th, 2025. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance team, coordinate work orders, and manage a range of facilities and maintenance-related tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained property. This role involves supervising the completion of work in line with HUD, OSHA, and CHD safety standards and ensuring adherence to funding source requirements for maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign work orders to maintenance team members, utilizing plumbing, electrical, flooring, and carpentry skills as needed.
- Enforce all safety and compliance standards, including HUD, OSHA, and CHD, to maintain a secure environment.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and other required property schedules.
- Ensure unit turnovers are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist the Maintenance and Apartment Managers in preparing the property for physical inspections.
- Utilize Real Page Onesite property management software for managing work orders, make-ready boards, asset management, and inventory control.
- Lead the safety program by assessing building maintenance issues, reporting safety concerns, and identifying opportunities to improve safety practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities supervision, with knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with HUD, OSHA, and CHD safety standards.
- Experience with Real Page Onesite or similar property management software is preferred.
- Ability to manage team performance, work order completion, and unit turnovers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
