Manufacturing Facilities Supervisor
Position Overview: The Manufacturing Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant's facilities and equipment. This role ensures that all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, are maintained to support production processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. The supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- May require working outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to address urgent maintenance issues or support production schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs or ladders frequently.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
