Company located in Cheshire, CT. has an immediate need for a Facility Administrator.
Responsibilities: Business unit performance in production (supply chain management, flow charting, cost stacks).
Safety: Audits, Program Management, accident/incident reporting and investigation. Assign and conduct safety training. Perform regular safety meetings, and inspections, hazard identifications and assessments, EAP (Emergency Action Plan) management.
Finance management: Performance, budget preparation, P&L Analysis and management, review/approval of purchase requisitions, capital expense reporting and management, budget forecasting.
HR Management: Incident management / conflict resolution, employee performance management, compensation and rewards management, training and development, staffing, recruiter interface.
Facility Maintenance: Preventative maintenance schedule oversight, contractor / vendor management. |
