Facility Engineer - Intern - Clean Harbors

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Canal Fulton, OH is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to work with us during Summer 2024. The Engineer Internship program is designated for students interested in maintaining a sustainable environment. We are looking for a candidate who wants to gain some experience designing and building specialized equipment for industrial cleaning applications that employ high-pressure water. This job is for someone who is interested in seeing their ideas become reality. In this role, you will participate in all aspects of the design process from research to concept development, design calculations, 3D modeling, creation of manufacturing drawings, and finally, assembly and testing. This is sometimes a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate can't be afraid to get their hands dirty occasionally. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Technology Center with Engineering Offices, Machine Shop, and Assembly/Testing Facilities
