About the Job
The Facility Maintenance Manager I directs the maintenance team and contractors in preventive maintenance and repair work. Manages capital projects from scope through completion. Supervise a multi-trade maintenance department that services a 24/7 operation. Must have 5+ years of maintenance supervisory/management experience. BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree is preferred.

- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembling, repairing, and re-assembling parts as necessary
- Testing mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications
- Working with computer instrumentation to perform diagnostics and execute work worders
- Welding and fabrication of necessary parts to maintain working order
- Other duties as assigned
