The Facility Services Group specializes in facility solutions, building systems integration, specialized construction, and facility management. Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subject matter experts of building systems, envelopes, campus, and client operations. **Position Description:** The Solutions Manager role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions. **Position Qualifications:** + Possess strong written communications skills and be detail oriented. + Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe cloud. + Minimum of 10+ years' experience in professional services, construction, maintenance, and operations contracts. + A bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Construction Management. + Master's degree in technical / facility management related field preferred. + Must possess a valid driver's license. + Communicate complex issues effectively in written format & oral presentation to clients. + Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team. + Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems. + Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment. + Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint). + Strong project management skills. + Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to read and interpret financial data relating to facilities. + Has a good understanding of the critical facility environment, including hospitals, airports, and data centers. **Essential Duties:** + Work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare technical solutions, documentation, and management in accordance with company guidelines and philosophies. + Develop technical solutions relating to facility management and support the documentation of systems and solutions. + Act as team leader, coordinating, directing, and developing other members of the process staff. + Determine processes based on knowledge, experience, and correspondence with design/engineering firms. + Read and understand plans and specifications for major/complex projects. + Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources. + Understanding of multiple project types and analysis of past and future program performance with the ability to understand assumptions, risks, and opportunities. + Utilize the full capabilities of software packages to improve production, quality, accuracy, and deliverables. + Understanding of relationships to the ongoing success of Hensel Phelps. + Direct the workload of the Solutions Associate(s). + Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** Hensel Phelps provides generous benefits for our fulltime employees.
