The Opportunity
As a Facility Technician at Tradebe you will be supporting an industrial facility by assisting with internal and external upkeep of the plant.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness across the plant and facility areas
- Perform light maintenance including basic plumbing, changing lights, and light carpentry.
- Operate power tools and painting equipment.
- Manage trash and snow removal.
- Clean common spaces including lunch areas, locker rooms, and parking lots.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous janitorial/cleaning or maintenance experience is desired
- The ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's
- The ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to work the schedule for which you are hired for
- Ability to work on-site as described in the job description
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
