NOW HIRING - Facility Technician (Maintenance) (Part-Time)
This position performs building services for Country Corner Market - VP Racing, and Bojangles #645 (Millers Creek)
Job duties include both housekeeping tasks and light-duty maintenance of fixtures and equipment.
This includes physically strenuous activities and detail-oriented tasks such as, but not limited to:
Emptying trash receptacles.
Picking up debris from around property.
Operating landscaping tools and equipment (seasonal).
Operating various cleaning equipment.
Pressure washing (year-round).
Moving floor-standing coolers and displays.
Assist with stocking shelves and coolers.
Unloading/receiving bulk deliveries.
Basic troubleshooting/maintenance of fixtures such as coolers or other foodservice equipment.
Installation and removal of signage.
BASIC electrical work.
Other facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
Cell phone or access to home phone.
Availability to work days or nights as needed.
Ability to regulary lift up to 40lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs.
Willingness and ability to show up on time for scheduled shifts.
Nice to have, but NOT required:
Previous facility technician experience.
Forklift certification.
