Fall 2024 Financial Systems Help Desk Intern - Kroger Corporate

The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 15 week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Rotation dates: August 19 - December 6.

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kroger Co (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status). Minimum

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Real Estate
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be a sophomore or higher
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Desired

• Previously worked in a corporate office
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products

• Learn how to log actions and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
• Escalate slow responses and/or issues to analysts and Sr. Managers
• Works collaboratively with other Help Desk Analysts and KTD to identify and resolve inquiries
• Identify and assist in resolution of issues related to data quality, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness
• Light administrative work including filing, maintaining file integrity, sending and receiving documentation, and verification of document accuracy
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
