Position Overview
Work with a full stack web development team building a new product! The project, CredentialStream for Groups, features a back end built entirely with Microsoft's latest framework .NET 8 (LTS). Front-end is written in Angular. Our interns will have the opportunity to learn web development with hands-on experience writing program code in a full stack web development environment using programming languages like C#, typescript, html, css, etc. Interns will be responsible for completing software development tasks related to code maintenance and refactoring, writing developer documentation, and contributing to new features. New software developers who are serious about becoming better programmers while working with some of the industry's latest technology are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
- Read and understand technical documentation related to development processes
- Participate in all development team meetings including daily standup, grooming sessions, etc.
- Complete development work items by authoring new source code that meets development standards and product requirements
- Integrate code contributions with source repository by submitting pull requests into product development branch
- Write new documentation as needed or as requested by development team members

- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program
- Experience with full stack web development
- Foundational knowledge and experience with html, css, javascript
- Proficiency with git scm
