Job Title: Associate Attorney
Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, creative, and diligent Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of family law experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Dallas office, supporting clients in alignment with the firm's core values. The role involves significant client contact, requiring the ability to manage one's own docket effectively. Position Responsibilities:
- Manage client matters with a high degree of professionalism and care
- Collaborate with team members on case management, practice management, and business development
- Handle courtroom appearances confidently
- Participate in negotiations and mediations
- Ensure compliance with family law statutes and procedural rules
- Exhibit creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 3-5 years of Texas family law experience
- Proven experience in courtroom litigation, negotiation, and mediation
- Strong understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to utilize technology to meet the demands of the legal marketplace
- Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented common sense
