Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider - CommonSpirit Health

CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN)  to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska.  CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

• Outpatient only
• Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
• Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
• 4 or 4 1/2 day work week

• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
• Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

• Nebraska DEA required
• BLS
