Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Diagnosis and Treatment: Evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Health Promotion and Education: Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive measures, and disease management strategies.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Valid PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
