The Family Medicine Department at Duly Health and Care is seeking a Full Time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our busy practice located in Oak Lawn, IL.

- Outpatient only (Hospitalist service) 

- Average 20-22 patients/day; 36 patient hours/week

- Phone call is 1:5 and rotates on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday)

- 1:1 MA to Physician support

- Nurse triage call support

- Shareholder track

- Epic EMR
