Family Practice - Without OB Physician at Premier Physician Services

Client located in Kalamazoo, MI looking for a Family Practice Physician to join their team. New Grads welcome to apply!

• Must be willing and able to perform common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures (i.e. ambulatory surgery, stitches/staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies, etc.)
• The Family Medicine Physician provides continuous quality patient-centered care to patients of all ages throughout their lifespan, following the standards and practices of the facility. Family Medicine Physicians embrace a team-oriented approach in providing healthcare and be comfortable working with and overseeing Physician Assistants and providing collaboration with Nurse Practitioners.
• Provides healthcare and health management for patients of all ages
  
• Outpatient and clinic setting
• Averages 18 patients per day on the high end
  
• Provides a total assessment of the patient's health status, including systematic health history, a physical examination, and diagnostic testing

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
  
• MI licensing (in hand or in process) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Is the provider willing and able to perform common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures (i.e. ambulatory surgery, stitches/staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies, etc.) (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
