Family Practice - Without OB Physician - Privia Medical Group

Full-time or part-time opportunity for a well-trained BC/BE primary care (family medicine or internal medicine) physician who is interested in joining a highly respected physician-owned, adult medicine practice in Silver Spring, Maryland.We are looking for a provider to help our services offered with the Montgomery County Homeless Shelters.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients in an outpatient setting
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care of your panel of patients in our private practice clinic and the homeless shelter
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
• Maintain patient electronic medical record data
• Work with Practice Administrator to direct and manage the center care team (nursing staff, medical assistants, NPs/PAs, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certification
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted MD State License (or eligible)
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Spanish speaking a plus, but not required (our staff is bilingual)
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
