Job Title: SameDay City Pick Up & Delivery Courier

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and FedEx Office customer orders.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide related customer service functions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of packages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
