Primary Accountabilities:
The Business Development Analyst will work across the Contracting Division and be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and day to day processing of a CRM tool. Daily activities will include Identifying and conducting outreach throughout the year to targeted Agencies in coordination with subsidiary BD leads. Conduct Data Analysis on government opportunities and create slide decks as appropriate. Assist in the creation and maintenance of a consolidated Library of Past Performance that can be leveraged across subsidiaries for presentations and sources sought responses. Provide support for Strategic Planning meetings and industry conferences.
Major Duties:
- Research agencies and locations with highest direct award histories
- Research larger companies doing work at those locations to explore teaming for direct award capture
- Research conference attendees' lists ahead of conferences to setup meetings
- Assist in CRM capture of contacts during and post-conference
- Research and identify additional market niche's ripe for 8(a) growth
- Communicate with current and prospective clients, generate pitch decks, and identify new business opportunities
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations
- Maintain a calendar for conference attendance across the Contracting Division
- Manage conference logistics via Skyline E3 which is an event management solution
- Coordinate conference attendance for each conference across the Contracting Division
- Manage conference SWAG items and booth materials
- Attend conferences and events as needed to support the Contracting Division

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to read computer screens, email and talk on the phone
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area
- Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work opportunity (full-time remote a possibility)
- Frequent work performed in a climate-controlled environment
- 25% travel will be associated with this position, an average of one trip per month to support conferences across the country
