Field Applications Engineer - onsemi

About the Job
This position as our Field Sales Engineer is crucial and critical to grow our segments of the market growth while maintaining all our business activities. Through our global and regional processes and tools, this position must effectively manage the resources and performance to well represent onsemi in the marketplace with the highest standard of quality and service. This role is located in the Bay Area .
Responsibilities
+ Formulate, initiate & implement the sales strategy and business plan to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increasing at key customers.
+ Daily work to drive demand creation, implement the platform & solution selling at key customers. Work together with supporting team to manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
+ Developing relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and sourcing management, coordinate supporting actions and resolve business issues.
+ Work together with field applications engineering team and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, Customer Service etc.) to complete the sales cycle including but not limited to competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
+ Take fully responsibilities for account management and business development.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above degree, double E are preferred.
+ 5+ years working experience with business development at key customers.
+ The good relationship with key Tier1 customers and ecosystem is a plus.
+ Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization.
+ Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.
