Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Effective Teamwork.
- Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Implement and support desktop devices, applications, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and airline-specific equipment. Preference for candidates with phone experience.
- Provide operational support for installation, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) related to IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
- Deliver service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Diagnose technical errors and determine appropriate solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
- Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
- Align workflow with scheduling.
- Accurately document solutions for complex issues.
- Create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Capable of using a ladder.
