Job Summary
The Field Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing programs and events in designated regions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and possesses strong communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute local events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand presence in key markets.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, influencers, and community groups to amplify marketing efforts.
Brand Representation: Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence at all events, working closely with sales and corporate marketing teams.
Field Support: Provide support to sales teams with localized marketing materials, product samples, and event kits.
Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze data from marketing activities to measure campaign success, track ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget for regional activities, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and events.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for future campaigns.
Content Development: Assist in the creation of localized marketing content, including flyers, brochures, digital assets, and social media posts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to travel for events and marketing activities as needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Event planning or trade show coordination experience.
