Position Summary: Maven Roofing is seeking an outgoing, motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will engage with homeowners, educating them about our top-tier roofing services and connecting them with our team of experts. This role is crucial in generating appointments for our sales team through door-to-door canvassing and participating in community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and appointments through door-to-door canvassing in designated areas.
- Engage with homeowners to educate them about Maven Roofing's services and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and communities.
- Participate in community events to promote Maven Roofing.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve our services and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
- Ability to engage with homeowners and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as required.
