FIELD SALES ASSOCIATE JOB SUMMARY:

• Perform sales functions for existing customers as well as prospects. The agent may need to review the benefits of a customer's existing coverage and to answer any service and claims questions customers may have.

• Attend promotional events to increase brand awareness, answer enrollment and service questions, and initiate the sales process

• Perform Sales function and product needs analysis for the marketing campaigns.

• Provide an annual review of existing products as well as a needs analysis for existing customers in areas with no field agent presence.

• Follow-up calls to customers and prospects within areas that maintain field agent presence to validate contact and perform sales functions if needed.

• Provide information, and or problem-solving techniques for customers' existing products.
