About the Job
As a Field Sales Representative at De La Calle Co Inc., you will be the driving force behind expanding our authentic Mexican soda brand, Tepache, throughout the region. This role demands an energetic individual with a knack for building and sustaining strong client relationships, along with a deep passion for innovative beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Regularly visit and pitch De La Calle's products to 15-20 assigned accounts daily.
Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with current accounts, focusing on retail and food service partners.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with DSD sales teams through frequent communication, ride-alongs, and joint work sessions to enhance brand presence.
Reporting & Performance: Deliver daily and weekly reports to management, analyzing sales performance against KPIs, including sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising metrics.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of De La Calle's product range, pricing structures, and promotional strategies.
Performance Milestones for Evaluation:
Account Growth: Number of new accounts acquired within a specified period.
Sales Volume: Achievement of sales targets, measured monthly or quarterly.
Distribution Expansion: Increase in the number of DC’s carrying the product.
Client Retention: Percentage of accounts maintained over time.
KPI Achievement: Meeting specific Key Performance Indicators related to pricing, display, and promotional activities.
Reporting Accuracy: Timely and accurate submission of sales reports and insights.
Qualifications:
Driven & Resourceful: Self-motivated with a passion for the beverage industry.
Experience: Prior field sales experience, preferably in the beverage sector, is ideal, but a strong drive and passion to succeed are also highly valued.
Physically Active: Must be comfortable with extensive walking as the role involves visiting multiple accounts daily, transporting product samples, and setting up displays across various locations.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with DSD partners and retail teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to attend events as needed.
Mobility: Access to car is a plus
Location: Must reside in New York
Commitment: This role requires five days per week in the field, focusing on account growth and management.

This is a full-time exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary Range: $70,000- 90,000K, based on experience, benefits, car Stipend, car Allowance and bonus structure.
