Role & Responsibilities:
- Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers
- Assess customer needs through profiling questions
- Solicits customer feedback on prior repair services; inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives
- Responds to queries about company products and services
- Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
- Provide clients with status updates on orders
- Ensures full customer satisfaction
- Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
- Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities
Requirements:
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Ability to make cold calls (within the hospitals)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
- May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time
- 80% travel (driving during the day)
