The ServiceContracts Administrator will assist in multiple areas within the Operations department and will be responsible for leading all aspects of service contract entry, reporting, and data analysis. They will also be responsible for working with the service teams to ensure the timely and accurate service execution for the Danvers service depot for all required preventative maintenance by ensuring timely close and entry of all new and expiring service contracts over all products. Other duties will include support for service-related activities described below.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage US & APAC implementation and reporting of service agreements
• Track and report periodically to management the progress of each inside sales representative to ensure timely close rates in alignment with service that is due and prior to existing contract expirations.
• Determine and report on contract opportunity forecasting and completion.
• Develop CRM tools to ensure timely close rates
• Monitor and report on all sites that are beyond service contract expiration or warranty
• Enhance current tools for automating existing contract entry to ERP system and integration to SFDC.
• Support of service operations activities to ensure scalability of current and future service offerings related to service agreements.
• Support to Finance department related to timely resolution of Service Aging.
• Develop comprehensive reporting to customer for validation of contract overall ROI.• BS/BA Liberal Arts/Science, Business or Healthcare discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Positive attitude, well organized, and detail oriented
• Excellent communication (both written and oral) & strong customer service skills
• Execute tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Able to interact well cross-departmentally and with external customers
• Knowledgeable with regulatory guidelines pertaining to medical device
Preferred Qualifications:
• Large MRP system knowledge desired, SAP
• Salesforce experience desired
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
