TEEMA Solutions has a client looking for motivated individuals with a passion for coffee and technical skills to join our team. Our client specializes in the maintenance and repair of coffee machines and related equipment in coffee shops in the Milwaukee area.

On-Call Opportunities for emergency repair services one weekend per month
What You Will Be Doing:
Installation, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, grinders, blenders, and other service-related equipment.
Provide Emergency/Unscheduled Repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during service times.
Maintain Performance and Maintenance Records for identified equipment.
Report Defective Materials or Conditions to the department supervisor.
Assist store personnel with Technical Troubleshooting and train other maintenance staff as needed.
Keep the work area and equipment in a Clean and Orderly Condition following safety regulations.
Read and Interpret Equipment Manuals and Work Orders to perform required maintenance and service tasks.
Use a variety of Hand and Power Tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to complete your duties.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Melitta, Bianco, Curtis, and BUNN Coffee Machines is highly desirable.
What You Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical Inclination and a solid work ethic.
Machine Electrical Knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Related experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Clean Driving Record is required.
Demonstrated good work habits, including promptness and good attendance.
Ability to work Under and Above Counters and service cases.
Ability to Lift up to 70lbs.
Legally Authorized to Work in the US.
A great attitude and the ability to work independently.
Alarm Systems and Teller Machines experience is a plus.
