Day to day as a Field Service Technician
As a Full Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring seamless connectivity for our valued customers. You will conduct site surveys to assess serviceability, allowing you to tailor installations that best meet customer needs. Your expertise will shine as you install new services, transforming the way customers experience telecommunications. Additionally, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and troubleshooting connectivity issues during service visits, providing essential solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for in a Field Service Technician
To excel as a Full Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you will need a combination of technical skills and personal attributes. A current valid driver's license is essential, along with the capability to drive a vehicle safely, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others on the road. Regular and predictable attendance, meeting a minimum standard of 40 hours per week, is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. You must also possess the legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a customer-centric mindset are vital, enabling you to troubleshoot connectivity issues efficiently and provide outstanding service.
Additionally, familiarity with relevant software and tools will enhance your productivity in delivering exceptional telecommunications solutions.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Current valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
- Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy (no accidents or speeding tickets within the last 5 years)
- Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
