Field Service Technician at Akkodis

Akkodis is seeking a Field Service Technician for a Contract job with a client in California CA. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware, particularly HP PC products.

Rate Range: $25/hour to $29/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Field Service Technician job responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on-site for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, and workstations.

• Provide exceptional customer service while managing critical service events and resolving technical issues.

• Collaborate with escalation teams to implement technical action plans for resolving PC/printer issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HP’s contractual commitments through timely service delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of technical/mechanical hardware repair experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting hardware issues.

• Onsite customer-facing experience with a focus on delivering excellent service.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
