About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor. In this role, you'll oversee masonry and repair job sites, ensuring all work meets our high standards. You'll also be responsible for training and supporting our newer technicians to help them succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing installation and repair work to ensure smooth operations
Ensuring jobs are completed on time and final payments are received
Providing tech support for both repair and service technicians
Coordinating the daily work of technicians and walking them through jobs
Troubleshooting and solving potential issues on job sites
Closing out repair jobs and ensuring customer satisfaction
Assisting with estimates for larger jobs as needed
Working with customers to resolve any concerns
Managing field labor to maximize productivity
May include managing the warehouse and fleet vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent (vocational training preferred)
Previous experience as an in-home technician, or in the chimney/hearth or masonry industry (preferred but not required)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record and dependable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Certification or construction experience is a plus but not required immediately
