Description:
- The candidate role is to provide both virtual and on-site meeting/event support for Pharmaceutical.
- MUST have Web-conferencing experience, such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting or other tools. **Webex and MS Teams web-conferencing tools are both used at Pharmaceutical and are the preferred candidate experience.
- MUST have experience in providing small to large sized virtual and on-site meeting/event support
- MUST have strong interpersonal skills - the ability to support high profile executives and to provide white glove meeting/event support, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- MUST have knowledge and experience with on-site video conferencing hardware for use in on-site video conferencing meetings/events. **Cisco codecs and MTRs (Microsoft Teams Rooms) hardware are both used at Pharmaceutical and are the preferred candidate experience.
- Video editing experience is preferred
- Candidate must be able to manage an event from beginning to end. This includes, planning, scheduling, testing, monitoring the event, identify and correct issues, and A/V editing at the end.
