If you excel in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as a Field Technician, we would like to have a conversation with you.

Tasks:

• Test and calibrate repaired equipment across diverse locations

• Assemble equipment and components while on the road

• Embrace occasional travel (80% of the time) to industrial facilities nationwide as a Field Technician

• Collaborate with experienced HVAC professionals for a cross-cultural learning experience

• Utilize provided tools and embrace safety protocols on the go

• Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team

• Provide technical remote phone support from your own home (20% of the time)

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred) as a Field Technician

• Associates’ degree or equivalent in HVAC

• A passion for learning HVAC service and repair while exploring new locations as a Field Technician

• Proficient tool skills to navigate various challenges

• Ability to read technical drawings with a global mindset

• Excellent communication skills to connect with people worldwide

• Capability to lift 50 lbs while on the move

• Valid driver's license and a genuine love for travel

• EPA Certification (Required) for the role of a Field Technician
