About the Job
Koch Capabilities, LLC is looking to hire a File Clerk who will be responsible for maintenance of digital and physical records for the Shareholder Support Team and to serve as the Records Management Contact. The File Clerk will be responsible for general filing, updating and administration of the SharePoint record sites. The File Clerk will be expected to enter data into SharePoint and keep both digital and physical files in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with records Management procedures. The File Clerk will also assist with miscellaneous projects that may arise. The role can grow and evolve to include additional responsibilities within the legal capability.

What You Will Do
• Create, process, and maintain physical file records and digital records within various SharePoint sites.
• File and retrieve physical and digital documents for other personnel and team members.
• Strongly adhere to policies and confidentiality restrictions to safeguard highly sensitive data and information.
• Assist with corporate governance record keeping and filings using both external and internal programs/systems.
• Able to quickly learn new technology, software, and processes.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency and share ideas for transformation to drive value creation within the Shareholder Support team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Proficient with Office 365 Suite with emphasis in SharePoint administration/management
• Ability to manage, innovate and transform processes using various types of technology
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail
• Ability to accomplish tasks in accordance with changing prioritization
• Physical Demands - Able to lift boxes weighing up to 30lbs
What Will Put You Ahead
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional business setting or a bachelor's degree
• Experience with legal matter management and legal processes
• Experience in a law firm, accounting firm or in-house tax or legal department
• Previous experience in SharePoint administration or other cloud-based document repository systems
