Responsibilities:
- Open mail, sort, scan, save and file documents.
- Ability to move documents to proper folders efficiently.
- Accurately enter data into company database.
- Responsible for organizing files.
- May have to assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- This is a long term temporary assignment.
- Pay is $15-$20 an hour (Depends on experience)
- Must be able to work 30 hours a week, then reduce to 20 hours in the future.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 7am - 4pm.
- Adobe experience is required.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- General knowledge of business.
