Filing Clerk - Utah Valley Pediatrics

Utah Valley Pediatrics is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Filing Clerk to join our team, onsite, in our Provo Office!

Job Description:

This is a temporary full-time position that will last up to 2-3 months, depending how the long the project takes. The main task will be to scan and upload documents, as well determine what documents need to be saved. This position will be Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Organize and archive records and documents
2. Scan and upload confidential documents
3. Put files into their proper locations

Physical and Mental Demands:

1. Ability to stand for most of the shift
2. Some lifting (20-50 lbs) may occasionally be required
